We have now moved to a Total Online Triage System
Our Navigation Team, lead by a GP, triage all GP appointment requests. Triaging is essential when you may be dealing with hundreds of patients a day, all with different needs, requests and health backgrounds. With over 11,000 patients to look after, it is essential to triage and sort each patient to the right type of care. It might seem convenient to book an appointment with a GP for when you have time, but if an appointment is not the right care for you, then it is not a good use of your or the doctor’s time.  Please click here for more information.
